Bridging the Gap Between
Discovery & Deployment
The INDEX Science Center is the authoritative core of our 501(c)(3) mission. We host the peer-reviewed research, power the educational hubs, and fund the deployment of scalable indoor health solutions.
Solving the "Valley of Death"
Groundbreaking research often stalls because it lacks funding or logistical frameworks. Our Science-to-Solution (S2S) workflow collapses the 17-year gap from discovery to public practice.
Every project maps to specific peer-reviewed findings before it’s greenlit.
Workgroups integrate thinkers with doers; scientists oversee field projects.
Crowdfunding and integrated progress reports collapse the timeline.
Funding goals sit next to project status gauges, providing absolute clarity.

Active Field Projects
INDEX projects transform the research hosted in our library into scalable, funded solutions for public deployment.
Project BEMI (Bioload Exposure Metric Index)
The Bioload Exposure Metric Index (BEMI) represents an average level of ATP on a surface translated into a 1-10 scale as a proxy for contaminants like organic, microbial, particulate, and chemical soils.
Average ATP levels determine a general bioload level by area which we call the Localized Verified Exposure (LOVE) Index. The BEMI LOVE index number is specific to sampled areas and potentially impacts people in those areas.
